24 Dec 2009: Let's see how much work St. Jude has cut out for him...

Not much to say, except that while looking for images of Wilf a while back, I realized my first drawing of Mira was slimmer than the stocky figure she had in late FOOB. Maybe she's been exercising or dieting.

Nov 13 = 24 Dec 2009: Christmas Eve Arriveth

For anyone who's counting, last year's meltdown that Dee remembered (unseen in-strip) implied:

• Liz would never have kids / never get married because she'd rejected Anthony
• Deanna and Mike, with one of each, have a complete, balanced family and are done having kids
• April who? BTW - not the first time April was ignored - before/ at start of July 2008 (pre-divergence), Elly was saying she was "done" parenting
  

Today's strip is another example of "art style all over the map". Dee is very exaggerated in pseudopanel 2, although 1 & 3 also have her simply drawn, with a sharper chin than the Young Patterson face. I rather like pseudopanel 4's Dee, which is a bit more detailed. The hands are back to being suggested (the previous posting is the first one in a while where I've really liked how the hands came out).

ETA for more: Monday. I've been a bit busy this week and have a full evening ahead.
